It was 1988 when I decided I was tired of being overweight. Weighing in at 180 lbs and being 5’6 I was carrying a lot of extra weight. It was having a negative impact on me physically, emotionally, and mentally. I had always been interested in fitness but had the on and off again approach. It was time to make a change and take control of my health and well-being! The benefits of eating right and regular exercise stretched way beyond me losing weight. I felt better than ever.
