The Cleveland Clinic Foundation in Ohio conducted case studies that included visualization sessions that recorded brain activity while participants imagined exercising a muscle.  They reported that muscle strength can be maintained and that there are strength benefits by just THINKING about exercise.  Having the mind/body connection will bring your weight training sessions to the next level!
