I started working out with Brigette Goodale to lose weight and get into shape. We focused mostly on strength training as I had none! I noticed a difference in flexibility and strength after only 2 weeks. Brigette is a wonderful motivator with her sense of humor and compassion and she pushes you to do your best. She takes notes of all your physical activity and your eating habits to maximize the best plan for you. She sends you home with a work out plan for trouble spots and general well being. If you want an awesome, fit body, I would recommend Brig in a heartbeat. It’s been a couple months and I’ve moved, but with Brigette’s encouragement and confidence in me I knew I would continue – I’m still working out!

Brigette Goodale is a fantastic motivator! I didn’t have any fitness training and the only thing I ran for was to get out of the rain! She asked me to go for a run and little did I know that I would not only enjoy it, but be good at it and want to continue. Fast forward a bit, and I was running my first 1/2 marathon. I trained with Brigette so I would be able to complete the 1/2 marathon. She has a way of pushing you out of your comfort zone and to reach your full potential, all while having the belief that you can achieve the fitness goals you have set. She always has a smile on her face and a “never give up on yourself” attitude. I would highly recommend Brigette to any person that wants to lose a few pounds, to the pro athlete that wants to be in the best shape of their lives, and to people who just want to get active and stay fit!

When I first started working with Brigette, I knew I wanted to improve my fitness level, but I wasn’t sure exactly how to go about it. She taught me so much, created fun workout routines and helped me to get on a better track with my fitness and eating habits. The most valuable thing I gained from working with Brigette was increased confidence. I know I’m may be considered bias, but Brigette Goodale is the best trainer I have every known and would recommend her to every one, If you are looking for an attentive trainer that focus on you and provides a result driven program she, is the trainer for you. Have you every paid for training at the gym only to get a less than engaged “trainer” that spends more time texting and on the social media than on you during your 1 hour session or had the trainer give you an 3 sets of 12 reps of an exercise only to disappear for 10+ minutes to help other clients or visit with other staff while you complete less than 2 minutes of exercise and are left standing there to figure out your next move? Well no more! with Brigette Goodale of Bodies By Brigette she provides uninterrupted one on one training, watching your every move to ensure proper form, avoid injury and maximize results. I have had the opportunity to train with Brigette since June 2016 and it truly has been a privilege and life changing experience. As a result of Brigette’s continued partnership, unwavering support, depth of expertise and her passion for fitness and people, I have accomplished goals that I never would have imagined.

When I look back on where I was two years ago, I never would have dreamed that I would be 40 pounds lighter and 40 inches smaller.  Barley able to do one modified push-up when I started, the strength that I have gained is unbelievable and my overall growth exponential.  The strength that I have gained has not only transformed my body but has afforded me the ability to train and run two half marathons, the endurance to work out five days a week and most importantly the change in my mindset and knowing that this is now about “fitness for life”.

I share my successes, growth and accomplishments with Brigette because even though I did the work and sweated it out each session, Brigette was there with me, dedicated and unwavering, every step of the way.  When I look back on the last two years, it makes me even more excited for the next two years. Working out with Brigette is always a highlight of my week. She is really motivating and knowledgeable about anything health and fitness. Brigette pushed me just enough that I would work really hard, and at the same time, not get discouraged because of the difficulty. She knows my goals and pushes me to meet them. Even with just a short time with her, I’ve seen a lot of improvements with my body, my strength and even the way I function on a day to day basis. Whether it was a bad or good day, I loved every session with her!

Working with Brigette changed me. It affected my internal and external views of myself. I was getting stronger, physically, mentally and emotionally. She ushered strength into my life–I was seeing my body change and she was pushing me to reach further when I didn’t think I could go any further. I never once threw in the towel and thought “I can’t do this”. With her guiding me, I knew I could do it and more. And guess what? I did. When I thought my tank was empty, her gentle but firm encouragement got me through it.

I’ve tried trainers in the past-at gyms, online, etc. but could never quite seem to find the motivation to stick with it. Brigette made that a no-brainer. She was constantly changing things up, keeping it interesting and keeping me on my toes. Her total health approach is a game changer–at least it has been for me. I’ve been able to achieve things that previously seemed out of reach and she’s given me the motivation and results to stick with it.
